  • Take some fresh brinjals which you want to cut
  • At first Clean under running water
  • Wipe it to with a cloth or tissue to make dry.
  • Cut the eggplant/Brinjal into middle
  • Watch it bcause worms may present in inner side wherever can't discover on the outside.
  • After slicing immediately rub with lemon juice or put the slice in water with salt mix.

Leave it until you cook it. It’s better to cut brinjal at the time of cooking itself. Don’t cut too before.

In Some cases brinjal is having mild side effects result in allergies. Mainly these allergies are itchy skin or mouth, stomach upset and mild head ache etc.
People with sensitive skin who have an effect on irritated skin easily be further to be expected to have a reaction with eggplant. Generally the irritation and allergies will show the symptoms as low as 2 hours below.
Eggplant tree leaves causes this irritation by just touching also.
