Henna leaves are incredibly well known in dealing with gray hair. In market place also we can easily see most important hair products and solutions like henna and black henna. But it is better to prepare Henna pack with fresh leaves that happen to be plucked within the plant on the time.

Henna pack can be applied directly on the scalp and hair. Henna leaves effectively treats with dandruff, gray hair, hair loss and fungal infections. Henna leaves are filled with numeral medicinal properties and in ayurveda it's having significant uses for hair treatment. Mainly to deal with Gray hair problems, henna plays a vital role.

Method to color gray hair with Henna leaves:

• Pluck required quantity of fresh henna leaves
• Grind the leaves in blender to make fine paste
• Add 1 lemon to the henna paste
• Put aside for 1 hour
• Apply directly to roots and scalp
• Apply henna to hair also
• Cover your hair with wrapper and then with towel
• Leave for 2 hours
• Wash with Luke warm water without shampoo
• Dry your hair naturally
• Apply oil to scalp and hair next day.
• Leave it for overnight
• Get head bath next day.
• It’s better to use mild shampoo.
• Apply conditioner to avoid dryness.

Note:

Due to chemical reactions of henna and lemon you can get more color to your gray hair.

If you will not able to get henna fresh leaves then you can able to do with dry henna powder.

Method to color gray hair with Dry Henna Powder:

• Take required amount of dry henna powder regarding to hair length
• Mix Dry henna powder with water 
• Soak it overnight.
• Add lemon in the next day morning 2 hours before applying henna to hair. Then follow the same procedure.

Note 1:

if you are planning henna to color your hair don't mix any other ingredients like curd and egg to get dark color to your hair.

Note 2:

To get good Color to your gray hair try to wait at least for 2 hours or until it dries.

Note 3:

Don't apply shampoo immediately to wash your hair for long lasting color.

Note 4:

You can add 4 to 5 teaspoons of amla powder to your henna pack to get darker color.

Note 5:

Mix henna powder with light warm water to use instantly.
