Lemon

Drinking a glass of Luke warm water with ½ slice of lemon juice regularly in the morning will helps us to boost our digestion and will spot a huge visible differences.


Honey

Commonly for weight Loss Most of them will replace refined sugar with honey. Honey is having beneficial vitamins, minerals, fiber and nutrients etc. Honey can be combined with lemon juice, water, cinnamon and ginger etc.

Note:  Honey should be Organic, not Sugar syrup which are mostly available in marketplace now.

Green Tea:

Green tea will helps a lot in Weight Loss and it contains rich flavonoids and Antioxidants which helps to cut down fat. Green tea should not mixed with sugar for weight loss.

Garlic:

 Chewing 1 or 2 Garlic cloves in every morning will burn extra fat and increases our metabolism rate.

Ginger

Ginger is having direct influence on weight loss which is used as a part of obesity treatment in Ayurveda. Ginger increases digestion and burns fat quickly.

Mint

Mint is having many hidden properties and works as a great choice for reducing belly fat and used in weight loss. Therefore by adding mint in your daily routine food habits you are able reduce extra weight in healthy way.

Flax seeds:

 Most of the weight issues will raise due to poor ingestion and bad metabolism. Flax seeds works as a great source to increase metabolic rate because it contains omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and antioxidants. It does not contain any calories and fat.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon can be taken in powder form or in sticks form to reduce bad cholesterol and helps in weight loss. It can be taken with honey, lemon and green tea.
