- Warm 1 glass of water
- Mix 3 teaspoons of honey
- Add 3 to 4 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

Honey + ginger + lemon

- Take medium sized ginger root
- Pell the ginger skin and grate it
- Take a glass of water into bowl
- Place the grated ginger into water
- Boil water up to 10mins and put aside
- Wait until it to cool to Luke warm
- Add 2 teaspoons of honey 3 teaspoons of lemon juice
- Stir it well and drink this herbal mixture 2 to 3 time a day
